Whatever Allah has turned over from the residents of the countries, then it is for Allah and for His Messenger and for the kin relatives and for the orphans, and for the indigents, and for the wayfarers, so that it may not be rotated among the rich from among you; and whatever the Messenger gives to you, then you take it, and whatever is forbidden to you, then you abstain from it; and you heed Allah, indeed Allah is severe in punishment.
As explained in verse 8: 41, one-fifth of booty is set apart for Allah, for His Messenger, for kin relatives, for orphans, indigents, and wayfarers. But the booties got by the Messenger and believers without doing battle are for the kin relatives of the Messenger, orphans, indigents, and wayfarers. Through this, livelihood is given to unhealthy persons, the poor, wayfarers, and the kin of the Messenger.
Since today Adhikr, which explains everything as told in verse 16: 89 and is the Best Interpretation of the Lord’s Book as told in verse 25: 33, is codified as a Book, and there is no group of believers anywhere in the world, the odd believer should follow the mode of prayer and lifestyle as explained in verses 7: 205-206.
